The Atlanta Reiki Meetup is designed to facilitate communication and interaction among local Reiki practitioners and grow the community by spreading information on this healing practice. I recently took over as organizer of the group and plan to hold a Meetup event at least once a month.

Some Atlanta Reiki Meetup gatherings will be designed as introductions for people not yet attuned to Reiki who want to meet those involved and experience demonstrations. Other events will be energy-trading circles for those who can already channel this energy. These events are free.

I'm sure the group will lead to many new friendships! While my own training followed the guidelines of the International Center for Reiki Training, I believe this group should respect the teachings of all various schools of Reiki. We can learn a lot from each other.
