LEVEL I & II

Much of the miracle of Reiki is how easily the ability to use this powerful healing force is attained. Whereas learning some energy-based healing arts requires deep concentration and years of practice, the ability to channel Reiki is simply passed from teacher to student during a peaceful attunement process taking little time.

Once your energy field is attuned to this force in the Level I & II class, you have this healing ability for life and can use it at will.

All you have to do is intend to channel Reiki, and it starts flowing into your body through your head's crown chakra and out through the palms of your hands to wherever you direct it – to specific parts of your body or to others. Several weeks after the class, students are invited back for a one-on-one session of energy trading with me. Offered at no extra charge, this two-hour session is a great opportunity for students to practice and ask any questions that have come up since their attunements

I maintain an ongoing interest in my students' progress, and they are always welcome to contact me with questions. I also regularly schedule Healing Shares through the Atlanta Reiki Meetup, a free opportunity for past students to come together to take turns giving and receiving Reiki.

ADVANCED REIKI TRAINING/LEVEL III (USUI MASTER LEVEL)

After the level II attunement, students must work regularly with Reiki for awhile (a minimum of 21 days) before they are considered ready to take the combined Advanced Reiki Training/Master class. The master-level attunement confers a huge increase in healing power, so students need to give themselves some time to prepare.

Most people report that after their master-level attunement, their lives were never the same. Mine definitely wasn't, and definitely for the better!

Upon completion of the six-hour course, you are a certified Usui Reiki Master. In addition to two attunements and three additional symbols for use in your healing work, the course includes instruction on how to attune others to Reiki as a teacher, advanced meditations and techniques for healing and achieving goals, and the use of crystals.

Also provided is a comprehensive Usui Reiki Master manual, written by WilliamRand, founder of the International Center for Reiki Training.

KARUNA REIKI MASTER LEVEL

Karuna Reiki is a powerful expression of the evolving nature of Reiki. Stronger than Usui Reiki, the Karuna system was developed by the International Center for Reiki Training in the early 1990s.

Gifted Masters working the center began channeling higher-frequency energies and felt spiritually guided to develop the Karuna training system to share them with the world. The word Karuna means "compasssionate action," epitomizing the spirit of all Reiki.

Because its healing energies are stronger, Karuna Reiki is considered the next step after Usui Reiki. Only those who have completed the Usui Reiki Master training are eligible to take this two-day course, which strengthens your awareness of and connection to spiritual guidance.
